I grew up in Casper having attended Manor Heights, East Junior High and Kelly Walsh High School. I started working in my father's dental office when I was 13 and decided when I was 17 to become a dentist. My college education began at Cottey College and then I finished my Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Wyoming.
Our office, as well as the The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age. Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care.

Extremely impressed and satisfied with Surfin Smile. Had to take my almost 2 year old today and everyone was amazing!
Receptionists were friendly, the technician/assistant was extremely knowledgeable, kind, sweet, and tried her hardest to make my sons experience great. The dentist just exceeded my expectations! He was pleasant, understanding, personable, thorough, professional, and patient. Will definitely be using them for all future visits.
Their office was super cute for kids, and just an all around great first experience.

Surfin Smiles has been a great facility for our children. It has been a roller coaster with dental care for a vast array of aged children. Surfin Smiles has the team, talent, and technology to meet these requirements.
There staff even go as far to ensure they celebrate big occasions with special incentives after the appointment is over. Whether it is a first dental visit or a birthday, the staff always make our children feel welcome!

- I had an amazing experience at Surfin Smiles in Casper. Dr. Maynard is an amazing person. My favorite thing about there is all the workers, they’re all very nice and charismatic. I been there three or possibly more times and each time I listened to the advice they gave. The place looks super nice and the environment makes me just wanna stay. Still though the workers are the most amazing and everyone is so nice. From entering upon leaving you feel good, I love that place. It’s been some time since I been there and I miss the environment.

My kids and I love this place. Ever sense we came here my kids are always excited to go see the dentist. Everyone there is always so happy and they are so very friendly. I always recommend them for anyone that asks me for a reference on a dentist. They have always check up on my kids after surgeries even with my little ones tongue tie they still called and checked up on him. I’m so very grateful for finding this dentist and my kid’s and I appreciate each and every one of you. This is the absolute best pediatric dentist around! They treat there patients especially the children like gold. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is more then satisfied and the kiddos leave their office with a smile on there face and they can’t wait until their next appointment! My kiddo has always hated dentist offices , until we found you guys! He is always asking me to go visit his dentist! I will forever recommend this dentist office to everyone! This facility and the staff are both wonderful. The waiting room is so open and it's not congested at all. The front desk staff are kind and helpful, Dr. Maynard was WONDERFUL when I took my 6 month old son in for his first ever appointment. My son received an award from his first appointment too as a commemoration. All of the nursing staff, especially Leslie were amazing as well. I'm so pleased we chose this facility for our son!

Beat children's dentistry in town. They are so sweet to my Victoria. They always let her pick out her toothbrush and try to make it as enjoyable as possible for her. I absolutely love how the Dr is with my daughter they whole staff is wonderful!. Also trying to brush my 2 yr old teeth is hard but they assure me that I'm doing it right and to just never stop. I appreciate their advice and care!
