The company was purchased in 2008 by Fred Pettengill, who refocused the business as a 100% commercial Refrigeration Service company, then expanding the services offered to refrigeration service customers to include Commercial Air Conditioning and refrigeration product sales and installation. The business focus is, and will continue to be, in the greater Houston, TX market.
