Still 1-star. Gave this place another shot. Service was very friendly, but seriously overwhelmed. I'm still amazed nobody wants to work and delis, bagel places and pizzerias continue to struggle to find employees among the many in today's economy. Does anyone want to work? Like, at all? But...that's not the reason for my 1-star review. With orders forgotten and mismanaged, two of the three customers there (mine included) were incorrectly made and sold at a price not too friendly. This couldn't have been the only error of the day and by my guess, it's a broken process there

NEW OWNERS DON'T WASTE YOU TIME..... this WAS a great deli. Walked in and noticed a change right away, shelves were empty and seemed unkept. I had a BEC, bacon was rubbery cheese tasted cheap. I probably wouldn't have left a bad review except for the fact when I asked if they were under new ownership they lied.

No. God no. Stopped by today for their “Famous Chicken Soup” —. 4 customers arrived after me ordering sandwiches. They were taken care of and left while I waited for 1 order of soup. Finally the employee yells to the back “where’s the soup?” I should have left then. Got home and it was water with noodles! NOT homemade , no chicken, no flavor. Canned cheap garbage. Broth alone had zero flavor. Fraudulent menu. Nothing homemade about it. It is despicable that they even sold me that pasta water. Get a freakin clue. Never again.

I'm telling y'all now. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! It's under new ownership. I had two sandwiches two days ago. Went to six flag with my son and as soon as I got there I started throwing up none STOP I wasted to much money going out there and didn't even get on a ride and the only thing we eat was the sandwiches. I talked to the owners and they was trying to tell me it wasn't the sandwiches. It was the ride and how hot it was. I told them the only thing that came up was the sandwiches. And still she was trying to tell me it no one ever complained about there sandwiches

Yeah, never going back again!! I thought the old owner was bad. Took forever to take my order( apparently you can only bring one piece of paper with an order on it at a time!)
Then after 15 minutes, I ask if the man was laying the eggs, the OWNER says, no, the cooktop has to heat up, we were closing. Why wouldn’t you say that before I ordered?
AND…. Nice sign at the counter, no mask, no service. Just a joke!!!!! One kid came in without mask and asked for a job. Told him to come back tomorrow. No, where’s your mask. NOTHING!
Then when he left, another man came in and ordered without a mask

I found this deli because my daughters school is next door. This is by far the best deli I have been to in a long time! My hubby and I have had a bacon egg and cheese on a wrap which was amazing and today I had 4 egg whites with Swiss on a whole wheat wrap and it was so good. If you have never been, try it ASAP!

Horrible experience at this deli. My Santa Fe salad came without the BBQ chicken, without the beans and swimming in dressing instead of on the side. Soup was unavailable when I got there so I chose a replacement. It was cold like it came from the fridge! Egg sandwich came on a roll instead of bagel. Missing the ham as well! Hey, accidents happened right? I called the restaurant. Was told "yeah well we didn't have any bagels" and "I don't know what you want me to do" and things like that. Then, the man hung up on me. I called back and got someone else. I explained to him what just happened. He said

The workers ignored me in the store for a good 5 minutes. I was asking about the prices for the ice cream. Then when it was time for me to pay for my food the guy had a nasty attitude for no reason he acted like he didn't know how to count the money when I confronted him he wanted to play it off as if everything was ok so I left and went somewhere else to eat.

In one week I've stopped in twice now.
The sandwiches are great. The guys are funny and helpful. Everything comes with a side and the slaw is so good.
I especially love The Godfather.
They have a great selection of bagels, drinks, deserts. So much to chose from. And very affordable.

First time in here today. I've seen the place open for a while but for whatever reason, have never stopped in. I noticed they have some seating so I decided to stop in. The place at first glance is clean, tidy, and organized. The staff was very friendly and seemed happy to help myself and coworkers. I placed my order and it was prepared promptly, accurately, and the price was right. I will def be patronizing this establishment again.

Let me start by saying most of the people that work here are amazing and friendly. However, it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. I order the same thing about once a week: chicken with vegetables in a platter. It always comes to about $8. Today, I went in and the same platter came to $20. There was a man I'm not familiar with running the register. He is older and bald and appeared to manage the place. His response was "you were given too large a portion and I have to charge you by weight". I've never been told this before, and was taken by surprise especially since

It seems like they never been in the food business before. Very nice staff. But the portions are small and they are expensive.
I see a lot of cross contamination. Never use gloves. Found hair in my sandwiches twice. Overall the people there are very friendly I wish them luck. But don't think they will last. Very over priced.

Fantastic Deli. Thxs Yelp! Food display looked great, place is extremely clean, and the personalities in here could be a sitcom. I entered during a debate on taxes on chocolate chip cookies. Patron had much to say about this, as well as her career working at a grocery store...no taxes on cookies. Then they said if you order a salad, and ask for a fork...that is taxable. Fantastic news that must be shared to all with ears.
