Rachel and Sarah provided us with exceptional service and performance from my very first call - to the estimate - to the day the carpets were cleaned. Rachel combines outstanding customer service with an outstanding product delivery. She worked me into her packed work schedule on short notice and then she and Sarah stayed until 9pm cleaning my severely pet stained carpet. It looks like new carpet now! Rachel and her crew are the best. Their customer service is over and beyond and their prices very reasonable. We have used them for years both in the office (which needs cleaning regularly with all the massage lotion that gets dropped onto the carpet) and at home. Absolutely I highly recommend them.

I have been using Gilbert & son Chem-dry for well over 20 years. They are excellent, & never cease to amaze me! I think they’re really magicians, & not carpet & tile cleaners, because they totally transpire my carpet & tile to where they both look new.
They always show up for scheduled appointments, and are as friendly as can be. When Rachel & Sara show up, it’s like my friends came for a visit. We chat as they work, & when they leave, I find that I love my carpet & tile all over again.
