He must know or is paying people to give him a good review, im going to give you guys the short version. He installed a nice Alpine system in my 2016 Mustang GT 5.0 Premium. Broke my door panel on the driver's side, put super glue on the tweeters and destroyed them, no speaker brakets on the doors so the were loose and to top it off forged my initials and signature on a contract He turned in after I had contacted him (Chris) for payment on the job like I was satisfied...we are In court now for it and I have proof/documentation on all of it. I was even awarded my money back k for the difference

I spent almost $2,000 for four Cerwin Vega 15's. 3 of the 4 are blown and the owner simply walked away when I asked what we could do to get my system banging again. Hes unfortunately one of thos folks who wanna talk only if it's about you giving him money.

I came here to get a sub and amp install. My sub cuts in and out and I called and they said it’d be 50$ for them to just look at it the day after I paid over 400$ My wires are everywhere in my trunk and I brought it to another speaker store and they have to re-do the whole job

Horrible place never take your car here if you want your music hooked up properly. When they was finish wires hanging trash in your car the items not put back in your car properly you got to watch some of the workers there will try to steal your belongings out of your car and act like they didn't know it was there

Terrible service and terrible work spent $2500 for lose wires and speakers that cut in and out ever since the day I got it from them. Do not come here if you are looking for good work because these guys are NOT it😂

Approximately 1 month ago I spent 1,000 dollars to have a 12 inch sub installed. It all stopped working not even 120 seconds later I turned around to go back. When I get there they bring my car around back then bring it back around in less than 5 minutes telling me it was a blown fuse and that they put a new one in. RED FLAG. They didn't care to even look into what they could have done wrong. The next day upon further inspection because of course my sub was still not working I notice the fuse holder was never opened nor had ever had a fuse blow in it. They could have fixed the issue for 0.00$.

They are scammers never ever go here for car audio. They wire your audio wrong. They also lie and I have proof of that I have video/audio recordings. I called about getting a replacement door speaker for the 1 they installed that has nothing but static the owner Chris keep telling lies talking about the speaker on back order but I came in the same day and asked a different worker he brought the speaker rite out. At that point I don’t even want it installed I just wanted to record and have proof of how they lie and scam customers. California customs took care of me. Highly recommend them.

Had my car for 6 months, no radio! Evan fixed it in two seconds and I was driving off happy as hell! The staff is so nice and funny! They looked out for a sista! They are awesome!!!!! Thanks again guys I wish I could give you 10 stars!!!!

UPDATED from 1 star to 3: CHT has fixed and resolved the issued. After 4 weeks they were able to fix everything as requested. Cody from CHT was patient, understanding and fixed the issues. Cody should be the one coming out for quotes and following through with installs to insure miscommunications don't continue to happen.
PREVIOUS: We paid a lot of money for new surround sound speakers, a receiver, and wiring a new tv where the cords were hidden to an existing electronics shelf. I had used this company before to hang my tv above my fireplace and hide the wires. I thought they’d appreciate a
