Russ and Stephanie with Craters & Freighters were absolutely great. We had an urgent need to get prototype equipment from Nashville to NYC overnight. It was a large piece of equipment that required a custom crate for shipping. C & F Immediately came to our dock, loaded the equipment, manufactured the custom crate and had it on a shipping truck the very same day for next day delivery to NYC . They were very professional and a pleasure to work closely with.

This is the best crating and skid company we have used in my 10 years of logistics. The knowledge and work ethic of the gentlemen doing the skidding and crating is extremely valuable to our company. We ship domestic and overseas. We have not lost any item that they have packaged for us. Paul is a great joy to work with . You call or email him and he is there. All I can say is, Russ at Craters and Freighters helped me out in a tight situation, with a HUGE shipment, when I didn't know where to turn. It had been over 20 YEARS since I needed to ship large artwork, but the service was exactly the same--professional and perfect. From large sculptures to delicate artwork, Russ and his entire team have always provided top-notch service. The friendly professional crew arrives on-time at the pickup. Back in the warehouse, special size-specific crates are made to order to cradle each piece to insure it will arrive at it's final destination in perfect condition.

It's never easy selecting a shipper that is communicative, reliable and detail oriented. Paul with Craters & Freighters in Nashville hit all the marks and then some. We had a very large shipment of antiques and heavy concrete/stone fountains & objects. All was packed extremely well and arrived just as we remembered it at the A&G Nashville Show 2019!
