CWI Underwriters

I got a renters insurance policy with CWI Underwriters. The entire staff was very nice and knowledgeable. My agent Gerry is great he explained the details of my policy and how the coverage works. They use electronic signing which made my life easier and even set me up with an online portal where I can download forms and ask questions. I feel pretty great about my coverage especially since I reside in a flood zone.

Everyone tries to tell you they have great customer service, well if everyone has great customer service whats the difference? CWI goes above and beyond for their customers. They helped me with my flood policy, it was fast and easy. I just got access to Their client portal and its a great tool to use! I like the fact that they give great customer service, but also offer up to date technology. I can't wait to move my homeowners policy to them. Love you guys!!!

Professional and efficient is what comes to mind when I think about CWI. Every time I've called for a quote they work immediately to find me the best coverage available for my price range. They've worked around my schedule and offered to call me when it was convenient for me.

I'd give CWI 10 stars, but that option is not available.
