My coworker and I blew a tire while working off of Laval Rd, and Frank came out very quick and was able to help out and swapped out the flat and placed the spare fast! Gerardo was fast and efficient. He arrived 1 hr after service call was made. Found problem and solved it even went as far as bringing me something to drink in the hot desert sun.

This shop was a real life saver. We were driving through Bakersfield, on our way to see our granddaughter, and our water pump went out . I called all over town and was told it would be two weeks before anyone could get to it. I called JTS and spoke to the manager, Alan, and told him that we have to get to our granddaughters. He told me If you get it towed here, I'll have you on the road by 5 tomorrow. We got it there and he had Gerardo, the technician, get right on it. It was 105°out and we have 2 dogs. Alan let us stay in our RV with the AC running the whole day. Gerardo got the job done and

Upon arrival had “0” wait time... “Welder/Mechanic Rudy” had confirmed what I thought was wrong with trailer....he removed/replaced the part in no time! They spent an hour trying to free up frozen tandems on trailer, to no avail & then lifted a 8200# aluminum coil-so we could get tandems legal!
OUTSTANDING SERVICE! All while it was 103 degrees outside. Don’t ever go to the big truck stops for truck/trailer work! These guys have multiple locations & will go back when needed!

They were called to check out why the air brakes on our rental truck were being sluggish, uncooperative, & slightly smoking. Victor Moreno arrived around 2 am and was able to figure out what the problem was. He was able to replace the damaged part in less than an hour. Victor was very friendly, and helped us understand what was going on with the brakes, as well as explaining what he did to correct it. Getting us ready to complete a cross-country trek with our rental truck!

Just to come out look at the truck for 15 minuets
they charged me $328 and they couldn't fix the truck just collected there money and left us hanging in the middle of no where then when we made it to there shop 4 miles down the road the changed our fuel pump which i was told $1000 after 10 minuets price changed to $1700
They made me pay total of $1948 holding my truck and being rude as f****

My water heater hose was punctured by a too close clamp, and I lost coolant, had to pull into a rest stop in my RV. Called My Roadside Assistance and they sent out JTS. The repair truck arrived in 15 minutes, and the hose was replaced and coolant refilled in about 45. Very fast service, and the hose was zip tied out of the way so I wouldn't have the same issue down the road. $299 total, with $149 paid by me and the rest covered. As anyone who has broken down on the road in a large vehicle knows, this is very fast service, we only lost about an hour out of our trip.

Hired JTS to repair my water tender. Technician coordinated to keep truck in service and make repair after shift. Invoice was higher than expected but manager James in Bakersfield made it right. Expect prompt good service. I recommended getting prices of parts prior to execution of work being done. Margins are on the high side for parts. Overall I'm satisfied.
