STAY AWAY FORM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!
I called in about an apartment, they sounded nice and promising and friendly and all that… But they turned out as of the most dishonest property managements. Specially Chuck Della Sala runs that office and who was sadly and unfortunately the mayor of Monterey, he is a horrible guy and dishonest and unprofessional person. He must be ashamed the way he treats people…
They think people are stupid.
So, I am telling you, do yourself and your family a big favor and DO NOT GO TO PACIFIC STREET REALSTATE, take your business somewhere else.
