Buyer beware. It appears we have been scammed. We paid for half a generac generator in April and we told it would take up to 6 months to install. When a call, email and text were made to follow up on the install 2 months ago, it took a month to get a returned called. Darryl, the owner said I did not need to worry they were just short of help. I called this week and requested an update, but after numerous attempts with emails, texts and calls, no return calls.

I hired Solarator on 7/13/2021. They installed my Tesla charger as the picture shows. It was meant to be a temporary install until they came back. They kept saying they would come back to finish the job, but they never did and now they aren't responding to my calls, texts, or emails. It has now been over 2 months. They took my money and never finished the job. I have never had a company leave me hanging like this. DO NOT USE THEM.

Installation was efficient and quick. I needed to get a 60 amp circuit into my garage. Since the junction box in my garage could not support an extra 60 amp circuit, I needed a run from the opposite side of my house. The quote I received from Solarator beat the other quotes I received by at least $500. I had Solarator install a wall connector that would allow my EV to charge while I was at home at a much faster rate than the 110V plug that came with the car. Their installation was professional and came out just as they had described during the walk-through. I have not had any issues to date with

My rating of my service from Solarator is exceptional. I first contacted Solarator at about 9 p.m. on Easter, after a lengthy power outage on that day. We wanted to get an emergency generator. I went to the website expecting to get a phone number to call the next day. I got a huge surprise. I was able to do an online chat and was asked if I would like to have someone call me to set up an appointment. I said I would and asked when someone would call, remember this is 9 p.m. on Easter, I was told someone would call me in about five minutes. Within 10 minutes I got the call and had an appointment

All the power in my garage died over the weekend, so that's the opener, the deep freezer, the beer fridge and the sprinkler panel and water softner. Naturally this all happened Sunday morning in the middle of Texas only annual rainstorm so I wasn't optimistic about getting it fixed quickly. I called three different electrical companies and Solarator was the first to return my call. Darryl promised me he'd get somebody out there "this morning" (it was only 8:00AM when I called) and indeed he did. The technician was thorough and professional and found and fixed my issue in

I had a few simple jobs that I needed help with. I called them up and they scheduled me for the very next day. I got a call from the electrician confirming the time and I got an email re-confirming my 4pm appointment.
4pm comes...and goes.
430pm comes...and goes.
445pm I call the dispatcher who apologized and said they'd contact him right away to find out where he is and would call me back very soon.
6pm comes...and goes.
The next business day has also come and gone. Not one call returned.
And now I've come...and gone.
