Architecture West is the AW in NEIAW and serves as the architectural wing of Nicklaus. We have a long tradition of providing architectural services for a variety of projects within the desert southwest and have recently begun to expand to a national level. When you invite our firm to take on your project, we translate your thoughts, ideas, and goals into a completed project.
NEI offers a wide variety of environmental services for private, municipal and federal clients throughout the United States and we offer a range of service to support any Environmental Engineering or Consulting need. Our team includes professionals with backgrounds in Engineering, Geology, Chemistry and Environmental Sciences, with the necessary certifications to successfully accomplish any project.
Our certified, experienced staff offers design support services such as geotechnical investigations as well as construction support services. Familiarity with native soils and their unique compaction requirements are essential to a high quality civil and structural design. A local presence as well as local knowledge help keep your project running on time.
Nicklaus has proven past performance with various municipal and airport improvement projects including roadways, taxiways, runways, aprons, and hangar facilities. Our staff is knowledgeable in both FAA and UFC criteria for design services at civilian and military airfields. Our full-service experience includes survey, geotechnical investigations, planning, environmental services, engineering design, and construction management.
