We are out of state landlords and CLPM has managed our home for us going on 5years. Although there have been a few minor "bumps in the road" we have been happy with the service provided by them. They do the quarterly inspection, as per our agreement, and let us know, with pictures, how it is looking. They also let us know when something is in need of repair and then they coordinate the repair. We had some issues with our 1st tenants and Sean helped figure out a solution that made all involved satisfied. After the tenants left, CLPM found us great tenants very quickly. We used Sean and his property management company in Wheaton Illinois for 3 years and would highly recommend his services.
