Alex at Nissan helped us so much yesterday. He did our best to get us what we needed and he was very friendly and professional. We left with our Altima last night and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Especially after going to Toyota and the horrible service we received there. The first time I shopped at Five Star Nissan they offered rebates, but this recent time they didn't offer any rebates they just wanted my money. I purchased my last 3 vehicles at Five Star Warner Robbins. I will not be going back. The Salesman Stephen Rump was excellent, but the financial department dropped the ball. I'm very disappointed. When I emailed the General Manager he was very helpful in resolving my issues. I will come back because of Mr. Calhoun.

The Five Star Nissan in Warner Robins was welcoming, polite, and listened to really hear what we wanted. They understood our plan, our goals for our family regarding a car, and did what they needed to in order for it to happen. They made us feel as though our opinion was top priority. We were provided time to discuss privately, had all questions answered, and really worked toward our goal as a family. We would recommend this dealer to everyone we know and encourage them to visit. I had a great experience at Five Star Nissan Warner Robins. It started from the very welcoming environment and ended with me leaving with a great car. Alex our sales representative was amazing. He was friendly, helpful and very supportive. Even after leaving the dealership he still contacted us to see if we had any questions or concerns about our vehicle and left an open invitation for us to call or come in if we had questions about the features our car. All in all it was not what I thought buying from a dealership would be like. I am pleasantly surprised and firmly placing my fears of car dealerships

Five stars for Five Star Nissan! The whole process was great. Reggie went well above and beyond to make sure we where happy. We live in NC so seeing the vehicle before purchasing wasn't possible. Reggie took videos, images, and countless calls from me all while keeping a cheerful countenance...which I know isn't always easy. We got a good deal, drove down to GA, picked up the truck and couldn't be happier. If you want a great experience, ask for Reggie!

Yesterday I sold my car to Five Star Nissan and never before I had a such a great experience in a dealership like this time. Responsible for this smooth and very professional handled transition was Brooks with her great knowledge and experience, she took care of the sales process, it was done in a short time and she also organized me a drive back to my house about an hour away. If you ever have a car to trade in or to sell, ask for Brooks, my experience couldn't have been better! Five Star is providing a five star experience!!!

I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima to this dealer to get a recall on my brake system accomplished. I should have known there would be issues when I was told to leave it over night with the key in the drop box. I call the next day and they said they didn't have my car. I asked them to check the drop box and the key was still there. They didn't get to it until the next day. I got it back and a few week later I started to hear noises in the rear. Then later in the front. Both around the tire areas. I took it back to Nissan and they would check it for $190. At first I said no but I decided to

From the very beginning my experience with Five Star was the worse ever!!!! They don't do what they say they are going to do and they lie!!! They will tell you whatever they need to tell you to close the deal. After the first day, I didn't want to do business with them but was told I couldn't get my down payment back, therefore I felt forced to get a vehicle from Five Star. Their business practices are deceitful and unethical, be sure to read your contract carefully because they will rip you off!!! Better yet, do yourself a favor and find yourself another dealership to do business

Ok l complain on 9-7-2019 had a problem took me 3 hours for a oil change which service agent never called me when car was finish no vacuum plush my screens I just notice like dome took off to see if I was messing with odometer miles had stuff on other side.Any on this a loyalty manager Amada Oconner give him a call so I did called right back until December 30 because not feeling well like I started still overcoming my stroke. Just called in to get a price quote for a tune-up. The girl I spoke to told me $595.00...Ludacris!!! Called around to other car dealearships and was quoted three rates from three different dealership ALL under $200.00. This place is a JOKE...literally!!!

Went to get a price on a pre-owned car. The salesman was knowledgeable and polite. I asked for a car between 6-8K. He showed me one and we test drove it but he didn't tell me it was 9.2K. We negotiated on the price a bit but still couldn't get to my price range. A manager named Don came in and was fairly aggressive on negotiating. We decided to leave and he asked what he could do to sell the car today. I said excuse the price and he said he couldn't. The manager then proceeded to yell at us and ask why we were even there. It was very rude and unprofessional.

I purchased a brand new Nissan Versa from this dealership last month. While my salesman was kind and helpful, the guy above him (don't know his name) was rude and pretty much laughed in my face after seeing my credit score. Made me feel inhuman, honestly. Went to the service department for a quick recall repair. They told me it'd be done within 20 min so I agreed to have it done bc I had to get to work. 30 min later, service advisor comes to tell me I need an alignment and I say I'll deal with it later. 50 min later, I'm told I need new front brake pads and drive belt is about to break off at any point. I insist that I've got to go and will look into it. Hearing negative things about the dealership, I took the car to a reputable shop for a second opinion. They come out and say front brakes are still good but I need rear brake
