Basically caused my driver to be stuck more than 1,000 miles away from home over the weekend, Over a mistake that could of been avoid had they just simply asked their customer what the product was, because it was FROZEN MEAT!!! Frozen meat cant go on a Dry Van, But according to them its all possible... smh. Had we known it was frozen food we would of never took the load in the first place.

I don't recommend working with this company, did a load for them with several drops. Truck broke down called an let them know, kept the load for three extra days because they waited till the last minute to reschedule the appointments. After all that we were short paid over $2000.00, there is no way I ever work with them again. When we called to see why we were short paid they hung up the phone.

We were hauling a load with this company when our truck broke down during transit. We sent in another truck to pickup the trailer and redeliver. We were late to deliveries because of the breakdown, but when we did deliver product was unloaded, BOLs were clean without any issues. After we delivered, the broker sent us a legal binding rate confirmation showing the full rate with no deductions. When the check came in, they short paid us over $2300 claiming "fees" and "warehouse costs." They threatened us with a legal battle when we started asking questions. This company has over 92% negative reviews

Terrible people, stiling money from carrier's.
I sent few videos, and voice recordings to the right people about this company. I told manager we have cameras and audio recordings, we tracking averting, he don't believe me.
We delivered load, and they told us we late, but we are not, and $250.00 that was short .
Not recommend it this unprofessional people, they called Americans, ha ha ha. Bull shed . Karma is a beach

Most unprofessional brokers I have did business with. Booked a load with Larry gomez and he was not their to help me when we had an issue with a load we hauled for him Driver got to his last stop and they were closed for new years eve and were not receiving today and i spoke to receiver myself and they told me this. i spoke with a few other brokers trying to get situation figured out and they were unable to help me. then i spoke to a guy named Mike and he transferred me over o a guy named Zach who claimed to be a part owner of the company and he strung me along from 9AM and it is now 3PM and they

This company is AWFUL. Danita is the worst person I have ever come in contact with. She is rude, unhelpful, and BEYOND disrespectful. Because of my experience, I will NEVER be using this company... and neither should any of you. Companies should really screen out employees better than this... all of the ladies are rude... but she was the icing on the cake to a TERRIBLE experience. Shame on this company for having someone like her.

I did business with Patrick at Ext. 1335 and they are horrible people to do business with. I booked a load for my driver from OH to NJ picking up on Christmas Eve and Patrick guaranteed me the shipper would be open till 4PM and my driver arrived at 2PM. However when my driver arrived the shipper was closed and I called Patrick to advise him yet he said he would call me back but never did. He will not pay me any detention, or layover for my driver. I had to send my driver empty from OH to NJ so he could be home with his family on Christmas. Buyer beware my driver and I had a really bad experience
