So there I was having waited until the last minute to get the custom printed coffee mugs that we wanted for an event. This company really bent over backwards to make it happen for me. We have offices in Colorado, New York & California and they are absolutely amazing at making sure that we are all taken care of... on top of giving us fantastic high quality product and prices (the best I’ve found) they make you feel so taken care of, the customer service is second to none. Sarah will always go that extra mile for her clients...even through this whole COVID thing, she takes care of everything we need, very different from other companies we’ve worked with that seem to not really care at all... we use them for shirts, pamphlets, trade show booth decor/sets, promotional items

Rocky Mountain Promotions did an amazing job with our HUGE order! We Ordered 600 t-shirts, 270 mugs, 1 banner, 1200 thank you cards and 1200 stickers for SMH Nurses Week 2020! Sarah was very professional, had great ideas, open to our thoughts, was easy to work with, and we were able to get in touch with her when we had questions. She communicated very well. We have used Rocky Mountain Promotional Products many times for shirts, aprons and other products. I wore my tshirt and washed it weekly for about 7 years before I had to replace it. The shirt wore out before the imprinted design faded. They have great service and are always helpful with designs and colors. Our last order was some aprons and they had them ready in time for our cooking class! I highly recommend them. Their business is a great local asset.
