I came to Mr. Tony with a last minute request for my father's funeral. While I stressfully told him my situation Mr. Tony was extremely professional and most importantly COMPASSIONATE. He gave me my options for the photo, worked with me and ended up giving me the portrait (of very very good quality) for free out of the kindness of his heart. I have no pictures of my young life and I wanted to do better for my children. I wanted them to be able to show their children how cute they were. I wanted to save their memories because mine are gone. Then there was Hurricane Florence and 4 feet of water in my house and a forgotten large bin.
Over 3000 of my photos of over 26 years of my 7 children and grandson, were caught in the flooding from Hurricane Florence. 803 Labs in Myrtle Beach saved and restored all of them and charged me nothing. It took 3 men over 25 man hours to save them all. My heart was broken when I thought they were gone.

These folks are awesome! Rich is a WIZARD when it comes to photo restoration. He took an old baseball photo when my dad coached in the 70s which was ripped and spotted, and turned it into one whole perfect picture again. Gave it to him for Father's Day as a gift. Talk about a surprise. My dad always gets or wants tools and is never even phased. This caught him off guard big time. The owner is one of the most understanding, customer oriented business owners in Myrtle Beach. After a misunderstanding we had which was minimal, he would not let it go without fixing it in my own mind because of his customer
