Hunter and Beverly provided excellent customer service. I need help on a tricky situation and Hunter was on premises helping a customer in minutes.

The people at the desk are great. Especially Ms Kristie. The service has been rock solid for the 3.5 or so years I've lived here. I own my own modem, so no leasing their locked down, 30 dollar modem for 5 bucks a month. I'd give it 2 stars were it not for the excellent people working for them, but they'd get 5 stars if they'd get with the times. Using the same technology and generation of DSL, AT&T offers 45 MBPS for around 60 a month. Without requiring a home phone. Internet services at Yelcot are affordable and I never have a problem getting service! I would definitely recommend Yelcot!!

Worst and slowest internet ever. They need to be flushed out of Marion County and be replaced with Sudden Link. I wouldn’t wish this internet provider on my worse enemy. That’s how bad it is. Unfortunately, as long as I live here, it’s my only option (which I hate).

Worst internet provider I've ever had the experience of dealing with. Consistent 800ms latency spikes and terrible service from people who know nothing about how computers, let alone the internet, work are what you have to look forward to if you plan on signing up with Yelcot.
