My mother in law wanted to support a small business during Covid instead of going to HD. So they bought a new GE set 2-3 months ago.
First week, the dryer stopped working. When my MIL called them, they told them she had to call GE and their wasn't anything they could do.
So she calls GE, and a tech Mis-diagnosed it, sent wrong parts, called again and they are coming out in 2 weeks.
So she is out of a dryer for over a month now.
Just for good business, the owner should've replaced the units, especially because they took their older set that was probably sold as used.

I have never even stepped foot in this store but I sure would NEVER recommend this place solely based on how my mother was treated when purchasing not 1 but 4 appliances! The owner of this business does not know how to speak to people and Please Beware! He Does Not Stand by what he puts in writing On his invoices! My mother is senior who purchased well over $5000 in this store and she was treated so poorly it is actually a disgrace. I am a firm believer in karma And hope it comes back to you in a vengeance. This owner should be ashamed of how he speaks to single elderly women. Shame on you!

The definition of the word "install" is:
To place or fix (equipment or machinery) ready for use.
Now that we have that out of the way, After My mother in law took receipt of all new kitchen appliances from Tom Phillips in Toms River, she was told that she had to pay an addition fee to have the ice maker "installed" in her new fridge. On the invoice clearly written was "Ice maker to be installed" in Toms handwriting. Obviously it was her expectation that this service was to be provided by Tom or a member of his staff. After a phone call to Tom by her contractor, things went down hill quick.

The owner Tom Phillips was very knowledgeable, and helpful. A very polite demeanor and a pleasure to do business with.

We bought a dishwasher from this company good price , they also charged a 120. 00 install fee . They installed the dishwasher to high so my granite counter tops could not be installed we called them and asked if they would come back and lower the dishwasher to the right height they said NO they were very rude and hung up the phone. They said that we could pay someone else to come back and do the job that they should have done right the first time.

Tom went out of his way to collect his delivery men when I purchased dryer and needed asap delivery. Second purchase there, happy customer both times. Needs to cut down bushes and trees to find it better. I thought it was in the row of other merchants, but it is a free standing building totally hidden by shrubbery and trees. I would recommend him first before going to the big stores.

Customer service is the best. He stands by his products 100% always on time with delivery. He's a man of his word been back several times and will continue to use his service and have recommended it to many others

Tom was great, the delivery guys were great. Our dryer came in damaged and Tom gave us a new washer and dryer set worth more than the one we'd ordered for the same price. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in the area looking for appliances. prices were also very good.
