If you trynna get a company to tow your car DO NOT CALL THIS GUYS i know what im telling you! they charge me $500 to tow my car when i called them and 5 min later some lady called me that now i would have to pay almost $800 dollars because of labor and special tools that they used and when i was trynna ask for more details they said that i was being rude and that if i wanted my vehicle i would have to pay before 5 pm because if not they would charge fees(that obviously everyones aware of that) and that if i wanted to use my credit or debit card theres a 5% fee applied so be careful and dont call

Owner was EXTREMELY rude, said some very vulgar words to my mother when she simply asked why she was being charged so much, instead of explaining to her he insulted her. They charged us for “labor” when the employee didn’t do anything, my father had to do the hard work. I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances, they should work on their professionalism as well as how they speak to their customers before they ever decided to provide services to any one else. We asked for an estimate since the beginning but they told us they couldn’t give us a price until the job

SCAMMERS---- RIP-OFF JOB!!
Tow truck driver quoted price of $450 on the phone to tow 40' straight truck and said that they would drop the drive shaft, they always do...also said they would honor a discount card for 10% off so that should make the tow charge = $405.00, right??!
WRONG!!! Was towed about 5 miles and given a bill for $600 ... said the extra $150 was to drop the drive line.... NO MENTION OF THE EXTRA AMOUNT WHEN QUOTED ON THE PHONE...in fact, he implied that was included in that price quote!
They DID NOT put the drive shaft back on either so that will be another charge to have

Robert was superb. We broke down on Memorial Day weekend north of S Padre Island in our diesel pusher. Had 3 yr old grandson with us Robert came out in short time frame, found the problem and helped us get to a RV Park . I got the part overnighted, Robert returned the day I got the part and stayed till it was fixed. We were on the road again. Excellent service and knowledge.
