Then we slowly evolved into a kitchen and bath remodeling company. Chicago Constructions specializes in drywall, flooring, tile, painting and installation.
Our pricing is broken into material cost and labor expenses separately in order for you to know exactly how much you are paying for each item. Transparency being our most important value, customers will have full account of every expenditure and will receive a copy of all receipts at the completion of each project.

Services
Every kitchen starts with cabinet measurements by our professionals. Next we will schedule an appointment to assist with your material selection that will best fit your budget and measurements. Our team will prepare a comprehensive remodel package supported by digital images regarding cabinets layout & specifications (size, color, shape, style).
Every bathroom starts with measuring the space to include vanities, sinks, and toilets. For full bathrooms this would also include bathtub and/or shower. We will meet with you at your home for a complementary consultation to explore your bathroom remodeling needs. During the first meeting we will take measurements and review materials with you to ensure an accurate, customized quote.
We begin with complementary consultation discuss your flooring (or tile) requests. Our team will provide accurate measurements in order to best assist with your flooring (or tile) needs. Customers are encouraged to explore their flooring and tile options. You can purchase your own favorite brand, color, style of flooring or tiles, while Chicago Constructions can provide the installation services.
Our plumbing installation team, can install kitchen sinks, faucets, and garbage disposals. As well as bathroom sinks, faucets, and toilets. We do not reroute rough plumbing nor do we upgrade water line to meet municipal codes. We move and/or add electrical boxes throughout the house, replace light fixtures, and install appliances.
It is important to match the existing paint color to the newly selected paint. Interior painting is commonly divided into ceiling painting, trim and doors painting, and walls painting. Each item can be priced differently since it may require a different kind of paint. We will assist in making the right selection of paint and help match colors to existing surface.

Buyer beware! We paid $15K to remodel a small bathroom. Craftsmanship by this company is a 2 on a 5 start scale. The tile and grout was inconsistent and messy (anyone would notice and comment). The shower knob is loose and crooked which is also noticeable because the style of the shower fixture is linear. Their worker left two nicks in a brand new shower floor, AND caused VERY NOTICEABLE damage to a LED lighted mirror, which is the showcase piece of the bathroom. Ian was unprofessional and combative when discussing the completion of our bathroom remodel. He did not take responsibility for his workers

I was in a horrible place after my new construction business flooded and drywall, plumbing, flooring and cabinetry had to be removed due to city sewer backup. After working with my landlords, insurance, and the building HOA, I was still on the hook for a significant amount for repairs. Ilan met me the day after I called and got his team started on the project almost immediately. His guys are professional, efficient, and hardworking. You cannot go wrong with this team. We purchased a condo in Lincoln park and we hired Ilan and Avi to from Chicago Constructions. They had to correct all electrical work the original contractor had done incorrectly and all others incorrect work our original contractor and done.
They kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. All the work he did add permits and all the permits were approved the first time they were inspected, unlike our original contractor who failed the permitting process on numerous occasions.
We would highly recommend Ilan and Avi and his company to anyone looking to renovate their Home or condo
