Unless you like nails in your tires and being cheated, Stay Away. Also, don't believe a word of their response to this feedback. I've never left negative feedback for any business, but BMR earned this one. I brought them 35 pounds of heavy gauge solid copper wire. They quickly removed the pile from the scale and dumped it, then only credited me for mixed-alloy stranded wire (worth 40% less). I'm an experienced recycler, so I wrote to ownership and gave them a chance to make it right. They did nothing. Any business that would rather cheat someone out of $25 instead of working to earn repeat customers

Poor ethics. Rude staff...they do not even follow their own scheduled and posted hours...will close early ....if its Friday,..nice weather,...any other day ending in "Y", just because they feel like it...I spoke with the rude staff who informed that they "routinely close at 4:20"... If that's the case, then the posted close time should be 4:20 then, not 4:30. Not interested in customer service here at all. More importantly if I cant trust the business hours how can I trust the scale???stay clear

I'm going to give this place a one-star based upon the following. Recently I was in an accident with our family's minivan a tragedy to say the least she will be missed. But I digress. The insurance company totaled it out and paid me for it and they also let me keep it. So I decided to scrap it due to the axle and control arm being severely bent so it wasn't orth fixing so i look it up and do some research And the closest place and highest paying per Ton at the moment in the area was this place now the rest of the staff was very kind keep in mind I hadn't really been there before so I wasn't sure
