The 3 stars that should be 5 are for absolutely every single employee except for 1. Being that the one star employee is a manager I think the lack of 2 stars should suffice. Even though it should be 1 star. I have been a regular at this location for well over 2 years. Over a year ago I signed up for the loyalty program. Ironically, this manager is the one who signed me up. But as someone who prefers shopping locally and creating a real connection with the people who provide and sell my dairy, meats, breads, supplements, barista needs, and produce, I would imagine me putting my trust into you would

AM Manager on Dec 13 2021 not enforcing their own COVID policy allowing a person to stand inches behind me breathing on my neck with mask hanging off. Didn't do anything when brought to their attention. it's dangerous to be in Eureka Natural foods.
Will be reporting to health dept for non compliance. You have anti vac/COVID management and is dangerous for the general public. The food is way over priced and had to return the bbq chicken that was like jerky a few days ago. They are a major disservice to the community. Not shopping their any longer.

I am so very sad to see my favorite local grocery store perpetuating these totalitarian mandates that do not respect individual health exemptions and privacy! Im buying my groceries online and at the farmers market until you wake up and realize that fresh oxygen is safer than carbon dioxide poisoning!

After YEARS of waking up early enough to get a sandwhich I have to relieve my old 5 star rating down to a 2 almost 3 because they make literally the best sandwiches, but now I have to go to eureka location just for breakfast another 25 minutes drive to get food before work..I might as well move to be able to have breakfast as I had for years.

This is the best grocery store in town! Whole Foods feel but with Local flare! Amazing gluten free products! Wont shop anywhere else while here in Eureka!

They have great produce. Their ground beef is high quality and really low priced compared to most other stores. Great assortment of beer, cider and other beverages. Clean and we'll organized. They even pay CRV for recycling! Just call when you get there and they'll meet you behind the store to give you credit. September 2021.

This is my favorite spot to buy groceries in town. i am a fat vegan and there is a surplus of plant based meat and vegan junk food for me. every time I visit I am charmed by the amazing customer service of the cashiers and workers. the vegan breakfast burrito are my favorite. a word of caution to anyone without a job like me; the prices are pain. my bank account hates me for shopping here. this place has good vibes brother. I'm new to this weird area but this store is a safe haven for me.

Asked to charge a phone got a big NO with attitude from the manager. I live 2 hours away in S Hum, Really? I've spent 10 years buying all my groceries here but never again!

We bought two beef pot pies and they were packed with meat yet the beef was so fatty and hard to chew we had to spit every piece out and just eat the crust with the gravy. It was very expensive for poor grade of meat used. Last time we got food it was so spicy we couldn't eat it and said we would never buy food from hot bar again but we took a chance ..also I bought 6 ready made raw burgers we cooked for company from the meat counter made from ground turkey or chicken and they were also so hard to chew like rubber with no flavor so we threw the rest away. We ended up ordering pizza for our visitors

We found everything we needed for a day on the beach. Fresh made deli sandwiches, a great beer and wine selection, local produce, and more. We enjoyed our visit and we shall return.

I love this store!!! They have so many gluten free and delicious vegan options. Toni who works in the health care department is so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She is very much so listening and tuned in, offering what you will need and knows where everything is in the department. Super helpful I always look for her or hope she is there when I go!

When we make our annual trek to Eureka to visit our son, we usually book a suite at the Holiday Inn Express a block away from Eureka Natural Foods. The suite has a fridge and a microwave, so after we check in, we immediately head over to Eureka Natural Foods to stock up on vegan food and beer.

GREAT selection of quality organic and vegan food, plus all sorts of other grocery store type stuff, including a really nice kitchen accessory department. Everything you'd ever want. Not quite as polished as Whole Foods, but that's ok -- the closest Whole Foods is a few hours away in Santa Rosa

Love this store! Strong focus on locally made products like Beck's Bakery and Hum Yum Caramels just to name two. They have a store in Eureka and McKinleyville (under the same name). Added bonus you save 3% on every purchase just by signing up for their card. Forgot the card? Just give them your phone number.

This place is exactly what I needed after driving down the coast. It's like Whole Foods but not as expensive and with a local feel.

They have great sections and selections of food and drinks, small to-go meals and desserts, nuts... kitchen and bakery... aromatherapy, clothing, kitchenware... you name it!

They have a good drinks selection and an amazing chocolate section. All my favorites and then some! I appreciate that they're also taking covid seriously because I've noticed that a lot of places on the coast aren't.

Loved this store. I always look for a natural foods store when I am traveling, because they tend to offer the organic/non GMO type of products I like. I was preparing for a 10 day camping trip in which I would not have electricity, and I wanted to get some healthy food. Their selection of packaged soups was great - I got some yummy ramen and very healthy oatmeal that lasted me all the way through to the last day of my trip. The store associates were helpful and kind, and their Covid-19 precautions were intelligently in place, with masks being required and one door for an entrance, one for an exit

They loaded up my sandwich at the Deli Counter! Needed two bites for every bite of a normal sandwich. Very fond of their gluten free/dairy free area by the door. Definitely a nice little stop in Eureka.

First time in town, they couldn't sell me pecans though it took some work to determine that. Most employees seemed like total idiots especially the old manager guy. Meat counter guys were cool but a little confused. I guess that's typical Eureka

The safety precautions being taken by ENF put me at ease when doing my grocery shopping. I must admit that my most frequent purchases here are what I would consider healthy versions of "junk food". My go-to items are the Kevita sparkling probiotic drinks. My favorites are the mint mojito, pomegranate, and mango. And when it comes to chocolate, ENF has the best chocolate I have ever had: Honey Mama's. This chocolate is sweetened with honey, and therefore has no refined sugar added to it. I like to stop by this location of Eureka Natural Foods for a quick meal every now and then. The location is very convenient - it's right off of the 101 and there are multiple parking lot entrances/exits. I've never been given a problem about bringing my backpack into the store, and the checkout line is fairly quick.

On top of selling a wide variety of foods for different kinds of diets and lifestyles, there's a smoothie bar, cafe (with kombucha on tap), sandwich and burger bar, and salad bar. There's a small dining area near the registers with a jug of water and cups next

I like stopping by these little natural food stores, they're nice places to pop in and see what you can find.

This place has really great little "beef strips" which are actually beef cubes, but seriously, they're worth trying out, they're up by the front. They also have a nice selection of cool and regular drinks. My wife and I got her some iced teas for example.

I tend to think the prices at these places are a little ridiculous, but I guess it is "better" products, so I understand the price to a point.

Also felt their prices were pretty fare given the fact that most of the items are organic and very much specialty. And the staff is super helpful just ask any number of people who are there stocking shelves etc and they are knowledgeable and happy to help! Also great (fresh) produce section!!

I stoped by and bought some snacks, bread and cheese. Is kind of pricey (compared with other places) but you get what you pay for. I don't regret stoping there. The bread and cheese taste fresh and very good. The snacks are healthier than thing we buy in other supermarkets and also tasted good. I wish there was one where I live.
