My interaction started with them on Wednesday when I made two phone calls about an hour apart inquiring about their vaccinations. I have never experienced such patience in someone answering my questions and addressing my concerns, ones of which they have probably heard thousand's of times.
Fast forward to Thursday evening, I visited the store and was immediately welcomed. I've been to so many places that see someone come in and the workers sigh because it's "another customer" - not here though. Everyone that I interacted with went above and beyond to make me feel valued. I believe it was Mr. Jackson

Bottom line they are local and you just don't want any wal mart hand touching your script. Plus if you don't read the paper work they do and will explain it to you. Nice to have someone that spots potential drug interactions .And will tell you. Within this whole health care debacle its nice to have someone that is actually concerned with your health.

I have never had anything but the best service with Jackson-Pace. I have been with them for almost 7 years and I would not change them for anyone else. My doctor has sent my scripts to CVS by mistake and the charge was so much more than Jackson Pace. They have the best staff and prices in town. Their little onsite store is pretty cool too.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for one of their pharmacists. I believe her name is Van? She’s incredibly rude. She’s hung up on me several times when I’m trying to have my meds processed she has also lied to me saying my insurance didn’t pay for my meds which obviously wasn’t not true. Great pharmacy other than hiring a lazy liar

I love this place! I've never had a pharmacist that knew me by name and didn't realize how much of a difference it'd make. And major props to Steve for learning name when 95% of the time i have a mask on, lol. Everyone that has helped me or my fiance has been so helpful and kind. The prices are amazing here too. My fiance has a medication that is $150 at its cheapest at a chain...it was maybe $30 here. Bottom line, if you're looking to drop CVS or Walgreens, do it already and come support a great local business.

I have been with Jackson Pace for at least 10 years! They are absolutely wonderful!! My insurance won’t pay for me to go there any longer so Steve discounts my meds so I don’t have to leave. Steve, Alex, Kelly’s Crystal and all the other staff are the nicest sweetest people! It’s like family there. I highly recommend them!
