My wife and I had a great time working with Roanne. She is an excellent listener and counselor. She understood our differences and helped us see and appreciate our points of views.
Roanne helped us to come together and work as one. We met with her for 12 sessions in which we work to be on the same page, set a budget, hold monthly budgeting meetings, and set goals.
We love that she genuinely cared for us and offered great creative ideas about what we could do to tackle some of our challenges. She was instrumental in helping us take a big decision and we are happy were we are.

I'm one of those people who makes a list and then loses the list and then makes 3 more. I came to Roanne to get more focus and she helped me dig out of some misconceptions I was telling myself and rewrite that narrative that plays in my head. She helped me get passed the story and get down to what I need to get done. She works like a guide and asks the write questions to figure out what you need exactly. I'd highly recommend her for both business and personal needs when you're looking to find a smoother path forward.
