Techknow was founded in 2009 by Ben and Charity DeVries in Loveland, Colorado. We saw people needing and wanting help with all things "techie". Ben is especially passionate about helping people who find themselves "technologically challenged." We've found most people are intimidated by things like smart phones, social media and more.
Whether you're just starting your business or need to refresh your current image, clear, consistent and defined branding will give you the step up on your competition and make the right impression. Communicating with your customer/fan base on a daily basis increases the number of messages and relevance over the traditional forms of advertising (radio, print, direct mail, etc.). Ben and Techknow have been great to work with the last few years. They recently helped me to upgrade to a new Mac and backed up my old computer and helped set up the new Mac. It's working great!
