I brought in my 2008 Accord due to a serpentine belt squeal knowing the one of the tensioners or pulleys was bad. Campbell Automotive had been recommended by two auto parts dealer on US 1.From my brother's similar issue I was expecting the repair to cost around $400. Instead, I received a call from Keith saying everything checked out but the sevice shop in Virginia had installed the wrong size belt. I am so pleased to to have met Keith and know that I have a trusted business that I will go to now and forever. Big shout out to Keith and the team. Squeezed me right in and got me out of a jam created by Wallace Chevy. The dealership stripped my lugnuts and wanted to take me to the woodshed for a bunch of unnecessary studs. I needed this resolved as I am towing my house on wheels behind my silverado and safety is huge. Had me out and on my way in 90 minutes after 4+ hours at Wallace. I am beyond grateful my husband found these guys. Keith is a true good hearted professional. They worked on our car for DAYS and still stayed optimistic and kept us informed every step. He has been the only mechanic we have ever dealt with who has been honest, hard working, determined and I can’t believe he actually fixed our car. Our daughter's Kia Soul needed a CVT axle. We sent her to one shop in Stuart (we live in North Carolina) where she received an estimate of well over $1,000, clearly seeking to take advantage of a young woman with no knowledge of cars. A friend in Stuart then recommended Campbell Automotive for its honesty and reasonable prices. Keith, the owner, quoted under $300 and finished the work in one day. It is so refreshing, this day and age, to find service providers who are not only capable but honest, decent and forthright. I cannot recommend Campbell Automotive highly enough.

Unlike the previous reviewer... I have not worked on my own cars at all. However I own two difficult vehicles and have been to many different mechanics around the country. Keith is hands down my favorite. He is honest, helpful and keeps my best interest in mind. It is truly a delight working with him and how often can you say that about your auto mechanic? I can not say anything bad about my experience here at all and I have been taking my cars to him for two years now. Highest recommendation possible!
