Best gym in town! Joe and Kathy work hard to provide a clean, friendly environment. They have just about any equipment you'd need and plenty of expertise to go around. I train solo, but everyone I see working with trainers or with team training look like they'regetting what they want. The sauna was a huge selling point for me. I've been to a lot of gyms in town, but this will be my last.

I love their new location. Lots of space, equipment but same friendly people and staff. They have a great kids room but you have to call ahead of time to secure childcare. Juice Bar is coming too from what I understand. I like how clean this facility is and their executive locker rooms w/showers, yes! Joe and Cathy the owners are incredible people. Steve their sidekick can help you with all the membership programs, cost etc. We love our trainer Ryan.
