I've lived in Louisville all my Life. I got the opportunity to open my State Farm agency in September of 2019, it was a dream come true. Being a third generation agent, I grew up with State Farm as a kid. I have seen how important this company has been for countless insureds over the course of my life time.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of Mr. Kleier and his team. My call was promptly answered and my quote was provided in minutes. My quote is an amazingly $90 cheaper per month than what I WAS paying today. I think they have a life long customer... Again very pleased!!!

Kevin has been my agent for the past few years, when my old agent left and he has been fantastic. When he took over he made sure to contact me directly, and asked me to come in to actually meet and discuss current coverage and any thing he could possibly make better than it was. He helped set up new coverage when I had to buy a new (to me) car and when I purchased my house. He has been easily reachable anytime I needed to discuss my insurance or had any questions.

In my personal experience I have had nothing but a good experience with Sate Farm. I was impressed by the amount of time and effort Mr. David put into helping me to begin to understand what all that Insurance meant and what would be best for me. They have proven to be in my opinion both quality insurance and very kind.

I usually hate doing anything involving insurance. Always seems so difficult and/or confusing. In this case though, Kevin made it EFFORTLESS. I mean, he walked me through the whole thing and explained everything and answered all of my questions. That isn't even the best part!! He saved me a TON of money on both my home AND auto insurance. When I mean a TON, it was over $1000!!!! So pumped!!! I would say even if you weren't thinking about switching insurance, I would still give Kevin a shout. I called Mr Kleier and he immediately took action to change our renters insurance policy and updated my information and let me know about the discount I could look forward to receiving. He was very professional and he made me feel very comfortable and trustworthy of him in getting everything taken care of. Five stars. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing insurance. Kevin is the best agent I have dealt with during my search for life insurance. He was very informative on the different types of life insurance available, and I could really tell he had my best interests in his mind. Before he even quoted me, we went over what I needed in coverage and made sure we were on the same page for a dollar amount in coverage. After we started quoting it, it turned out that I was able to get more coverage for less than I had wanted to spend. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I will definitely recommend Kevin's office to anyone who is looking for any form of insurance
