Pearl Reality is by far the BEST!!! The communication was great. We were informed of everything from the beginning to end. I had absolutely no real estate experience before meeting Will and his team. Naturally because of this I was hesitant and a little uneasy about the house buying process. Will understood my concerns and lack of knowledge in real estate and decided to help me instead of take advantage. He took the time to explain everything step by step and never made me feel rushed when it came down to making a decision. I was immediately reassured that I was in good hands, when I watched my realtor ask the sellers important questions that never even crossed my mind!! I was grateful to have William Jones as my realtor. You WILL NOT find another realtor who knows the game like he does - and plays it on YOUR team. He was able to find the sweet spot between what we wanted, what we could afford, and what was available in the market. He is a straight shooter and a hard worker. He was always knowledgeable punctual which I really appreciated. With our family growing, we will be looking to buy/sell another house soon ... and I'm not calling anybody but William Jones. I'd strongly suggest you do the same!
