DDC Logistics, Inc is a last mile service provider servicing Texas, Mississippi and Tennessee. From our Dallas office we service East and West Texas, Southern Oklahoma and the Shreveport, Louisiana area. From our Jackson office we service greater Mississippi and the Northeastern side of Louisiana. Our Memphis office provides pickup and delivery service to the greater Memphis area and the northern area of Mississippi.
We also offer two daily line haul services to and from Memphis, TN and Jackson, MS. We offer warehousing and distribution services in all three of our locations. As we continue to grow, we strive to improve our services in an effort to create and develop long partnerships with our customers, vendors, and local communities.

Horrible company.
They do not communicate with each other.
Called to plan my delivery.
Drove 2 hours to meet them at my home, as I was out of town.
They no showed, said they could not get it that day.
Called the following Monday. Asked for a Friday delivery they said they would.
Called me Thursday night saying they would deliver Friday Morning.
They then called me back a few minutes later and said they delivered it on Wednesday.
They left a 250lb, $700 item by the side of the road outside my locked gate and did not even inform me.
I explained that it is 600' to my house from the gate and

They keep giving me the run-around on a delivery. The first time they were supposed to deliver they "lost the paperwork" and didn't notify me until 3pm. The second time they "don't know what happened". They don't deliver on weekends, so the only day I'm available for deliveries is Thursday, so now I have to wait another week to see if they screw it up again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I had to return a call about an open position and an associate named Keenan who was very unprofessional with attitude and raising his voice as if I was disturbing him doing his job" answering a company call"! No wonder why there ratings ARE AS LOW AS THEY ARE. Talking to a potential customer or employee like that.

This is an unorganized company. There is constant profanity used by owners. There is no room for advancement. The training is non existent. The facility is most definitely disgusting and unsanitary. Please beware they lure you in with the nice act then the clown show and disrespect begins!!! This is the worst company I’ve ever been employed with. My advice to owners treat your employees with respect, stop being cheap and get this place cleaned up and organized! Stop with the dinosaur age paperwork and get with the electronic more modern way of doing things! Stop cussing and fighting in front
