Thank you Lisa and Keith for your outstanding customer service.
We have been a client of Feil water for over 30 yrs and grateful for the
opportunity to work with the "second generation" family business. We came home Sunday and discovered we had no running water in the entire house. Monday morning my husband called Keith and he came out in a jiffy, found the problem and got us up and running. Thank you for your outstanding work ethic, professional and friendly attitude. I went there 3 weeks ago to give q water sample. I have not heard back from from anyone on a price or when they may be able to come to my house. Terrible terrible service!!

As many previous reviews have stated, this business and "Lisa"
needs some lessons in customer service and how to speak to people.
I'm not going.to waste any ones.time with a long story. Just weigh your options. There are any number of other companies Happy to earn your business. Customer Service is DEAD here!!! Sorry that I tried to keep my business local. I don't believe they will survive with the way they treat people.

BEWARE!!! Lisa does not understand the definition of customer service. She is terribly rude and I suggest taking your business elsewhere. There are several other options in the area and online. It is truly sad that this business located in New Lenox cannot even keep the residents happy. Looking at previous reviews, I am not the only one.
They will be out of business soon. Their prices are outrageous as well!!!

Can't say enough good things. They're great! Knowledgeable, professional, didn't try to over-sell me, great follow up. They replaced a 15+ yr old water softener and I am more than satisfied.

When visiting this poor excuse of a business, make sure you read all signs in the store, including the one that points out that they are not responsible for poor packaging of their products, which will (not might, but will) result in damage to your vehicle, clothing, and/or physical self.

After picking up a container of bleach, I returned home to find a leaking container, with a broken handle, in the back of the minivan. When calling to request a valid container, no answer. Message left with no return from anyone.

Customer service is not a priority here, just give them your money and leave

Stop wasting your time at big box stores. The staff is the most knowledgeable people around. Pool supplies, water testing, water softeners, and whole house systems. I've spent much less time and money maintaining my pool and spa since I've been a customer.

Condescending and disrespectful. Every single time I set foot in this place the woman who works there treats me with disdain. You can get everything they sell on amazon without the disrespect. Don't deal with these clowns.
