I never thought I'd write a review for an insurance agency....but these folks are different from anyone else you would work with!

Mike Butler has been assisting all of our clients that purchase a home using our real estate company as well as our tenants by providing renters insurance. I was insured with a large Insurance company but their Insurance rates had doubled in the last 4 or 5 years. Tenants in a Rental House I own recommended Germania Insurance and I set up an appointment with Mike Butler. He made everything quick and easy to switch to Germania and start saving money.

We use San Marcos Insurance Agency for our home and auto insurance. They have been excellent to work with! Michael is always quick to meet our needs. Germania is the company they use for our insurance. Germania's website is really easy to use if you want to look up your policies or pay your premium. We appreciate the great service we get from SMIA!

Mike is so nice! Everything was fast and efficient. I was insured quickly and painlessly. I took care of everything via email and received a nice card in the mail this week with my info cards and a hand-written note. Ironically, my car battery died this week and roadside assistance showed up within 20 minutes, jumped my car, and I was on my way. SO little hassle in a situation with potential to be a nightmare. Thank you so much!
