Kevin McGraw is President of River Caddis Development, LLC. Mr. McGraw has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Juris Doctor cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Mr. McGraw was a senior partner at Lansing, Michigan's largest law firm, and specialized in commercial and real estate zoning litigation, successfully representing numerous townships, municipalities, developers, and insurance companies throughout the State of Michigan.He has also handled complex commercial litigation in the state of Michigan and in other states.

Jake McGraw is Director of Asset Management for River Caddis Development. He specializes in property acquisition, overseeing current developments, and property management. Jake graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies with a focus in Real Estate Development.
River Caddis Development and the Gillespie Group were selected by community stakeholders to plan, design, construct and manage a "live/work/play" environment in downtown Midland, Michigan. River Caddis and Gillespie Group formed Midland Downtown Partners, LLC, which collectively designed a multi-phase redevelopment project which includes retail, professional office, and medical clinic/office, appropriately labeled "East End."
