I walked into the service department to get an assessment of my malfunctioning reefer, and was told by the guy at the service desk that I’d have to drop the the trailer and it’ll be a week before they can look at it. Keep in mind as he’s telling me this, he doesn’t have the common decency to even look me in the eye, search scheduling for any openings, or just simply give basic customer service courtesy towards a potential customer. The blatant dismissive ness of it all took me back some, and I just took my business elsewhere. Thermo King: I’m sure your mechanics do a fine job on repairing

I had this location do my install for an APU. Randy went out of his way to help me in many ways. I was shopping around and everything just felt right with this shop and the knowledge of the product and even info on getting it financed. From day one till checkout,everything was customer service above and beyond.. example, my rental car broke down and randy came over 27 miles each way to get me my truck so I can work tomorrow. I called Uber , Lyft but nobody would take the ride. I can’t explain enough how just that alone was far more than ever expected and if you can take anything from this review
