I want to send Vision Source a big THANK YOU! I have been a patient of Vision Source for many years. Several months ago I had an eye exam but had the prescription filled at Pearl Vision in Meadville. When I went to pick up my glasses at Pearl Vision I knew from the second I tried them on that there was something very wrong. My depth perception was off. My vision was so distorted and felt nauseated with the slightest turn of my head. I took my new glasses down to Vision Source to have them check the new lenses to my prescription. They spent a lot of time with me checking everything out. Turns out

Doctors are very nice and professional, I’ve been going for years since I was in school. But sadly every time I get glasses here they break in the same spot; the hinge slides out of the arm (not the screw.) I don’t sleep with my glasses on, I don’t get hit in the face. It’s definitely a manufacturing problem and I’ve even changed brands. Which is strange because my glasses I got somewhere else lasted me for years until I switched. Now here my past 3 pairs have broken. I always get warranty and a few other upgrades, but despite being there for years they can’t help me because my warranty

Had an eye exam and picked out some new frames and lenses while I was there. Dt. Adsit was great and friendly. Exam was quick, but thorough. I was able to pick out frames I liked and got to tick all the boxes on the lenses exactly how I wanted to get them. I like transition lenses and blue light filtering and all of that. Everything was available and the gal that helped me was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first visit here and it was great.

My visit to Vision Source of Meadville was a WONDERFUL experience. Everyone I came into contact with was kind, caring, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.
