AMAZING! They were so fast, even considering the holiday and weekends it only took them a few days to fix!!! They even cleaned the car for me! Great communication Delvia was super nice!! Everyone honestly was really great that I spoke to! I would recommend this shop to ANYONE for any kind of work! I didn't even have to go pick up the rental or drop it off!! One trip! Amazing!

P&N auto did an amazing job on my 2021Audi A5! Lets start off with how amazed I was with how accommodating they were. I was away when the insurance claim went thru and they came to my house and picked up my car for me. They finished before they estimated also. They buffed out other nicks and scratches that had nothing to do with the accident at hand. Would give 10 stars if I could. Blown away. Great work guys!

I called right after that terrible flooding that took out so many cars. Even though the shop was filled with those vehicles I was still given a time to come in and speak to them. When I arrived I was helped by Amado. Straight shooter who gave me all the info I needed to get the repair handled. Even gave me advice that saved on repairs. They work closely with Geico so once I contacted my insurance company it was a cake walk. Easy process from start to finish. I believe it's a family ran business because Amado's sister is the person who called me back nd let me know when everything was done. Again

When my daughter's car was flooded during Hurricane Ida, my insurance company referred me to P&N Auto Works - and I am so glad they did! Amado, Shane and the rest of the team went above and beyond helping my daughter, a local college student several hundred miles from home, even staying open late to meet the tow truck after hours a week after the flood, all the while keeping me informed so I could handle the insurance claim, etc. Unfortunately, the car was a total loss, but thanks to P&N, our claim was quickly processed and we were able to replace the car barely three weeks after it was destroyed

Was a pleasure doing business here. Loved the constant communication that I received from the employees about the status of my car. From the moment I had my car dropped off for bodywork Amado made me feel very welcome and accommodated. The service done on the car was top tier and they went above and beyond to clean the car as well. Amado even put the cherry on top by being available outside of their usual hours so that my car pickup could work with my schedule. 12/10. I am so happy with the service I got from P&N Auto Works. The owner Amado was excellent from the time I brought my car in until the time I picked up my car. One of my parts was on back order from the manufacturer so he called me and let me know and kept in contact with me in between giving me updated and even suggested what I could do to help the process along. I called the manufacturer and it definitely spread up the process. I was so please with the end results. I had a big smile on my face as soon as I pulled up and saw my car!!ššš. Thank you so much

During the last weekend of August, I was driving home from a social gathering in Warwick, NY, on a dark, desolate and unlit road. A deer jumped out in front of me. I did not see it until it hit me on the front passenger fender. I was able to drive the remaining 50 miles home without any issues.

What a nice experience! I got too close to a telephone pole and did damage to our Honda Pilot. The insurance company referred us to P & N where we met the owner, Amado. He is knowledgeable and engaging. He kept us up to date on the timing of the repairs (no chasing him down) and it was ready sooner than anticipated. The work he did it terrific and the Pilot looks better than it did before the telephone pole and I got cozy! Highly recommend this local auto body shop!

We brought our teenage sons car here based on a recommendation from a friend. Car had a large branch fall during the storms and bend the Frame around the windshield. Amado was really friendly, got us in immediately and did a great job at a good price! Car looks like new, and we are very happy with the quality of work and price.
