I found Ad Special T's through Yelp and I'm sold! I ordered a swim parka for my granddaughter and took it to this shop to add her name to the back of the parka. Not only did they promise to have it done before Christmas, they did the job at such a great price!! Then when I picked it up, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how great it turned out! Super happy with my experience!
I also want to say that Don, the gentleman I worked with, was an excellent representative of the company. To find customer service like that these days is very rare! They are so lucky to have him!

I absolutely love this business! We've been going to them for over 10 years! We've had lots of business with them from custom shirts for our karate school, letterman jacket order and embroidery work done. Nothing like walking into a business and they know your name when you come in. Don and Mike are just the best!

Don is absolutely amazing when it comes to getting things done and he is a true team player in his office. I went to visit him one day and he introduced me to the whole operation. Everyone was nice and filled with smiles. We constantly changed our orders and I was new to the youth sports board I was on and they made the workflow so easy for us. They even said let them do their job just send them how many and by the team. The team verified everything and boxed it up for us. Talk about service. I have read some reviews on here and it seems to me they are trending upwards with their customer service

My family has purchased 2 lettermen's jackets and couldn't be happier. The prices were reasonable and the selection was great. For embroidery, they have a large library from which to choose your perfect addition to your garment. If they don't have it in their computer, they'll design one just for you. The staff are warm and friendly, making you feel comfortable right away.
They offer more than just jackets. School clothing, jerseys, shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, pants, etc. They even had items for work wear.
Embroidery and screenprinting are done on the premises.

Will never do business again. They sent us the wrong size hoodie (a youth medium that would fit a 5 year old) for our 13 year old who ordered a regular sized Medium. After a month of waiting on a replacement, they told us we would have to buy a new one. They mess up our order almost every year but normally replace the items, but not this year.

ZERO STARS.........Ad Special T's SUCKS!!!!! Since in the past Quinns was no good, we decided to give this place a shot when ordering my husband's uniform. We gave an $80.00 deposit and were told it would only be around a week to get it. Two weeks later my husband called to check on it and it wasn't there yet. Finally a month later, with NO CALL, my husband went in the store to get the status. They brought out a uniform, but NOT the one he ordered. The one they brought out isn't even something he is authorized to wear. They told him the company didn't have the one he wanted

I called on Nov 5th, 2015 to ask a simple question about printing words on my own shirt. S/He said s/he must see the tshirt(huh? I told them it is 100% cotton tshirt just like theirs)...I just wanted to know how much per letter with standard size would cost me. S/he was being an a**hole and snapped at me and hung up on me before I asked for email address to send him the 6 simple words I wanted on my common 100% cotton tshirt. Lost a potential customer big time. Kudos to your horrible customer services.

I purchased a PE pack for my child that is attending Vanden high school. They were very helpful with sizing help. Also my son lost the combo to his lock and they called the school for me to try to get the combo. When the school didn't respond in 24 hours, Layla told me just to come in and they would exchange it for a new one. She was super nice and helpful.

Consider this a public service message: If you use Special T's for your letterman jacket patch sewing, it will cost you 200% more than any other comparable business would charge. Took jacket in to have a lot of patches sewn on and was shocked when they said it'd be $178. I expressed shock and questioned how much it was, but the owner's son assured me it was the going rate. I didn't get to see a breakdown so I just assumed it was just what I was going to have to pay. Well, the guy was lying; it is NOT the going rate.
