I drove 30 miles based off a referral to have them work on my 96 Ford F-150. I was greeted with a friendly smile and positive attitude, both of which are increasingly difficult to find in the automotive service industry. I came into Joey's with a nail in my tire. I was worried I would have to get a new tire a few days before Christmas. Joey met me at the door and immediately helped me out. Everyone I encountered there was knowledgeable and, even better, so kind! They fixed my tire for me for free and quoted me on the price of new tires that I plan on coming back to get. Best customer service I have had IN YEARS!

Took my vehicle in for service - had a wrong diagnostics, parts were replaced twice and the symptoms were still present. Had to take the vehicle elsewhere to have it fixed correct. Joey’s also told me that the vehicle needed the new exhaust, $500+, when all it needed was a $15 part/clamp. I have also paid for the false diagnostics , I have made a video showing that they were wrong with the diagnostics - emailed it to them and no response back, would have uploaded the video here if it allowed me to, and paid for the work that needed to be redone elsewhere.

I have never been to a vehicle service center that has treated me so well. These guys and lady are the real deal. They genuinely care for you and your vehicle. There prices are incredibly fair coupled with the experience they have. They even called me a couple of days after to make sure that the vehicle was performing great, and of course it was. I will recommend them to anyone anywhere all day long.
