He wasnot rude but he had dog in there i asked in that im just bot use to dogs it looked like he was about to say something to me but controlled, Then He measured my rings And earring Togather in a cup then placed that cup on the scale which makes the weight lighter, came to 4.2gm for both items l, i measured my ring To 4.6gm when i bought it and still today i measured its still 4.6 by it self and the earrings are 1.9gm so it should be 6.5 gm all togather but his scale was off he did not meausre it properly Please be alert while selling… ask him to not use that cup and then measure your items

Called Reyes back and fourth 3 times today. He picked up the phone every time and was available for me after close. I ended up going before he closed the store. I had 2 gold chains and one bracelet. I went to 3 different people before him and he knew that. He never once asked me what the others offered. He did his review of everything and offered me 150 dollars more than the other offers I had received. If you mention his website he will give you 10 percent more which is what he did for me. THANK YOU! So Happy! Sold some gold jewelry and a sterling flatware. We checked two other places and Mr Reyes paid more by over $400. So we're super happy. Plus he tested it and weighed it right in front of us. It was just a nicer experience than the other place that took it in the back and didn't let us see what was happening. Recommend!!!

Reyes Jewelry exchange is excellent. I had a 14K gold necklace and had taken the necklace to 3 other jewelry stores in the area. I made an appointment with the owner. He was able to meet me at 9am, even though they don't open until 10am. He was very courteous and gave me the most amount of money for my necklace. If I had more gold to sell I would definitely go back to Reyes Jewelry Exchange.
