Panda was so easy to work with regarding our sliding wall of glass addition. They made the process so easy, even supplying us with the general contractor to do the preliminary work. I checked around extensively with many different contractors, since I'm in the development business, who I should use for the manufacturing of the sliding glass wall.

I needed to get a replacement part for a Panda system & customer service rep, Marisol Somochi was very prompt, helpful, & friendly. I had the most amazing experience with Panda Windows service. I recently purchased a 13 year old house in Vermont which had 14 foot lift and slide sliders. There was a small gasket leak and while I could not find a local Panda dealer, Marisol walked me through the entire process of servicing and replacing the gaskets. Thank you.

I had a great experience with the Service dept at Panda doors. A clients house was broken into and had some damage to the locking mechanism, Marisol at Panda was able acquire the parts for this door and overnight the shipment, which allowed me to secure the door the next day. I hope to not have this problem again, but it is good to know Panda took the security of my Client seriously.

Ordered and installed three sliders from Panda, They look great and have had multiple compliments by friends and even the city inspector. Jacie was our sales manager and she was professional , friendly , informative and very patient. She took the time and effort to answer all our questions in a courteous and efficient manner. What a joke their customer service is regarding repairs. I had a seal come loose on one of my doors so I called and was passed off to Luis. He stated that Panda does not have installers or repairmen on staff only freelancers. Well I called both of them to no avail. Christian would not answer his phone and George was always too busy.
I also purchased a screen door that has since become inoperable. They told me the manufacturer does not warrantee a screen thats outside. Have you ever put a screen door inside?

I live in Northern Florida. Had three sets of custom collapsible patio doors installed about 5 years ago. I recently developed a problem with one of the lower hinges on the doors. I called Panda and spoke with Katelyn who asked me to send pictures to better understand the problem. I was fully expecting I would need to pay for replacement parts but was informed the new parts would be covered under warranty and they were sent via UPS for free. My contractor was amazed and the new parts worked great. Great communication though out the entire process and Katelyn proactively reached out to me to make

I was looknig for windows that had better insulation as we don't have much shade coverage. I went for the thermally broken aluminum windows, which by name doesn't sound good, however they keep the temperature control better than any normal windows and I am able to use my AC and heater less which saves me a ton in the long run.
I am not scientific but if you check them out you can read all the specs if that is something you can do and understand. I took time to call and get questions answered which helped me make the choice that I did.

We bought several tens of thousands of dollars worth of Panda windows for a home renovation in NYC. To make a long story short, Panda windows are low quality, over-priced, badly-designed windows. While they are spec'd for cold climates, our windows were drafty and would not shut properly. Customer service was awful, and the company does not stand behind it's work. They tried to blame us for not using a Panda-certified installer -- Well, after several phone calls to the office, they finally admitted they didn't have a certified installer in the New York area we could have used
