From missing stones to broken links we do all repairs on rings, necklaces, earrings and watches. Prior to laser welding technology all jewelry had to be repaired using a flaming hot jewelers torch.

We can provide you with detailed advice on material and design; draw up the initial drafts and incorporate your ideas. We can also redesign pieces of jewelry. We also offer a repair service.
After you designed your imagination in CAD/ CAM software, you might want to see how it looks as a wax. Waxes are the actual sizes and shapes of your designs. They are fragile and inexpensive to redo and change your desired style of the designs. Furthermore, if you want to repeat the same design without extra cost in wax, a mold should be done.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very unprofessional. 1. They damaged my jewelry pieces I left for engravings. The surface was all scratched and uneven. I was told that I brought it like this and that they didn't do anything wrong. It was a new piece of jewelry right from the store, never worn or anything. 2. It took them a month to complete the job. I had to come back 3 times just to find out that it's not ready when, originally, I was told to come in 3 days to pick it up. 3. It is way overpriced. You can get it done some other place for the half price. Waist of money

We left our wedding bands for engraving and said we'd be back TOMORROW... that's fine, they said. Came back the next day (a Thurs) and they were CLOSED... Couldn't have told us that when we dropped off? That they'd be closed for some random holiday in the middle of the week? Heart palpitations as our wedding is tomorrow. Not cool, guys. Get it together. The workmanship is fine... but seriously... just get with the program.

I took a signet ring to be engraved, resized, and polished. The seemingly nice man told me to come back the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I went back Wednesday afternoon, leaving work as those Diamond District places don't stay open past five, only to find that they had done absolutely nothing with my ring. What a waste of time. Don't go here.
