We have different entrances and treatment areas for our urgent care and primary care patients. Our goal is to limit the spread of disease, treat the sick, and prevent exposing healthy patients to illnesses. We offer a whole new approach to walk-in medical care for all ailments that don't require a trip to the ER, including cold and flu, rashes, cuts and scrapes, and broken bones.

No appointment needed. Let us be your regular doctor. We'll help you manage your ongoing medical needs. We offer regular checkups, school and sports physicals, immunizations, and other primary care services for patients of all ages. Our Physical Therapists share a common goal: to get you back to living life as quickly as possible.
Services
From the concierge who offers you coffee or a snack, to the physician who treats your sinus infection, our goal is to treat you like family. We strive to lift your spirits while we treat your illness. We work to keep your wait time as low as possible. Though you don't need an appointment, you can call ahead or go online to reserve a time or save your place in line.
When we opened in 2008, Physicians Quality Care brought a completely new kind of walk-in medical clinic to the Jackson area. Drs. Jimmy and Melanie Hoppers, who between them have 60 years of experience in urgent care, internal medicine, and pediatrics, have a simple philosophy - to treat others as they wish to be treated.
We have an opening for a full-time physical therapist, preferably with outpatient experience. Please send questions and resumes to pt@physiciansqualitycare.com. Physicians Quality Care has an opening for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse/Medical Assistant for our Primary Care Dept. Applicant must be willing to travel to both our Jackson and Milan locations.
We are a walk-in clinic focused on treating injuries and illnesses that require immediate care but are not serious enough for the emergency room. Come see us if you have a bad cold or think that rash on your arm just might be poison ivy. You'll avoid the expense and long wait times of an emergency room.
Insurance: We accept most forms of insurance, however, we are not on the panel for TennCare products. Our office is committed to providing quality and cost-effective healthcare to our patients. It is essential that you understand what services are covered by your insurance plan and obtain all authorizations prior to your appointment.

€śWe treat you like family” is bull hockey. I took my 93 year old aunt who has dementia, can’t walk and hasn’t driven in years and lives in assisted living. They refused to see her and were very rude about it. Why? she didn’t have her drivers license. We have all her info from the facility where she lives but was RUDELY turned away as she bled. I do not reco PQC.

The process for getting a COVID test is unnecessarily convoluted. If a test is only needed for traveling, the process is usually a quick swab with emailed results.
Instead, they force people to wait with a buzzer (in my case, for 2 hours) inside or in the parking lot for "to be seen" even though one is asymptomatic and does not need to sit in a clinic waiting room taking chances at exposure.
It makes NO sense to do it the way they are doing it while also charging 125 dollars! Let asymptomatic people who only need a negative test for travel, etc. quickly swab and come back for the results -- or

I've always enjoy the service. The nurse practioner said you been sick 11 days what do you want me to do. They did a thorough work up blood,x ray. She stuck her head in door and said you have pneumonia in right lung was giving me scripts and a shot a nurse came twice and ask me what I was on and I said a shot. No paper work was given at all. Said go see your primary in 2 weeks. Hope they send paper work to her. i have always bragged on this place. There was kind associates here. The girl who took my blood and x ray technician was great.

The worst place in jackson! Where is the so called compassion yet they advertise they treat you like family! What a joke on their advertisement! This place has gone to hell in a handbasket. No meds given because i am a bad diabetic and told them i was unable to take a steroid pack anymore so they told me to go to hospital after 3 hours of being there. The compassion by their fnp's are next to nothing! Will not be back! They got the last of my money and they don't know how to file insurance so be careful!

My daughter went to get covid tested and had to listen to the nurses talk about how she was trying to get out of work before telling her she had a severe sinus infection. Extremely unprofessional ,unpleasant will not be returning. If I could they would get zero stars.

I love this clinic! I’ve used them multiple times on evening and weekends when my babies are sick and the pediatrician is closed. I gladly make the hour drive because we never leave without treatment.

Normally we have always had a great experience but not this time. Got there at 7 am…was the 1st to sign in but still didn’t leave until 9:00. Didn’t even get seen by dr til 8. Nurses were extremely rude and nurse practitioner/dr ( not sure because she didn’t introduce herself) was also rude and not helpful. Only tested for strep at first then decided to test for covid. So 2 hrs later, $45 copay, we walk out with a just drainage dx and no antibiotic (that she always needs). Probably will not be back.

Came in to be seen and treated for Covid. Receptionist was very rude and lacked compassion. Her name was Jessica. Came into office at 12:30 Monday sept 6. Would hate to think this is how family would treat you per your slogan. Called her attention to her rudeness and she made excuses.

Came here after experiencing severe abdominal pain, nausea, fainting, and sweating so badly I was drenched. The doctor didn’t even examine me. Had me pee in a cup and drew blood. Came back and said I had reflux. Friends convinced me to go to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with appendicitis and was on the verge of rupturing. Had I gone home and gone to bed and got rest like I was told to I could have died. Thank goodness I had people there to look out for me. Will never use this clinic again. Was treated like I was looking for pain medication instead of someone who was seriously ill
