Flower delivery services seem to be hit or miss, this one is definitely a hit. Very happy with this arrangement, ordered by a loved one from out of town. Though, they did not call to verify I was home and it was left outside.

This was ordered from out of state and was supposed to be in the shape of a Christmas tree. As you may be able to tell from the photo it looks nothing like that. It was made with the cheapest possible flowers and it was not fresh when it hit my door after 7 pm on a Friday night. Also smelled bad. Called to let them know my experience as their card urged to do. First she said they would replace. Then put me on hold a long while. Came back and argued with me that it was ordered as designer choice or something. I said so your designer is in grade school? Then when I asked about replacement she said

Placed this order in October for delivery today for my mom’s birthday. I called today to verify delivery, the gentleman who answered was extremely rude and transferred me to a woman who was courteous and helpful. Upon placing the order under special instructions I requested someone call to be sure the recipient was indeed at home. Not only was this request not honored but the delivery person squeezed the arrangement through a courtyard gate leaving the arrangement without even verifying if anyone was home. What was delivered vs what was ordered. There is no way this was arranged by even a half way experienced florist. Do not use fromyouflowers or Gainesville Floral Exchange.

My mother was sent flowers by her friends to her funeral July 24th,2021. They were the sadest flowers I have ever seen. Dead for the most part and sloppy. I was embarrassed to even put them on the table with the rest of the flowers. I'm sure her friends paid a hefty amount. Please don't send flowers if you can't deliver what people pay good money for. I would never use your florist and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I came in on the 4th of July with the shop locked up. Not thinking it was a holiday, I knocked on the door. You can tell they were done for the day, but they still let me in. When asked what flowers I wanted, I heard their microwave go off for the lunch they were preparing and I felt even more badly. They still opened the store back up, guided me through my order, and I was left with an amazing set of roses. This is a local business I’ll continue to support and I appreciate all their efforts.

My mother just received her Mother’s Day flowers are they are extremely small and disappointing. I paid more money via 1-800-Flowers for a larger arrangement and received an arrangement that looks like a child put together. The arrangement is sparse and definitely not full. I have been calling the shop, but nobody is picking up.

Our wedding was 4-3-21. I requested 1 bouquet, 1 centerpiece, 3 Wristlette's and 4 boutonniere's. The 3 wristlette's and 4 boutonniere's were nice but the communication was awful.
