Target Towing you mean Sunstate haha they got us now we gotta pay and extra 25 dollars to get your car because we at Sunstate a changed our name to make more money. This is awesome for a tow company to make more revenue. Although they were doing their job as a tow company but the very least you have to have the proper name so that way you won't get your customers confused. Thanks for the quick service but update your company name. Is it sunshine or Target I mean Sunstate or Target! So apparently target uses Sunstate when there are super busy!

Thank you Sunstate Wrecker Service, my drivers truck was broke down blocking a busy turn lane on 40th st. in Tampa. While I was driving by, I passed your driver Ron. He was heading south on 40th st, and seen my… truck broke down. My driver didn't wave him down nor did we call them. Ron offered to move my truck to a safer place. I went ahead and asked him if he could tow it to the shop for me since he was already going to hook up to it. Offering to move a down truck to a safer place off the road means a lot. Rude, Rude, Rude. Bad enough when you get your car back, and you ADMIT it was your fault, and you can't hear them on the phone, and you ask then to repeat their name and they continue to treat you RUDELY!! Never, ever have I been treated so bad. If you hire a tow company, please don't use them. No clue about customer service. BLAH!!!

Very Bad customers service horrible experience rip off tried making me pay $450 put Lein on tag and said due to towing of my car (btw which I never towed) arrived in person to get a bogus story about how Tampa police department issued towed and car was registered to me according to tallahasee called Tallassee who fax and email me copies showing car… was no longer registered to me as of 2013 car wasn't towed until 8/28/14 by that time it was no longer my vehicle so I shouldn't have to pay.... well at least that's what one person told me that wrk here claiming to be the owner provide all supporting

While my car was on your lot after a wreck many of my personal effects were stolen or of my vehicle. A brand new watch, my sunglasses, even my auxiliary cable for my stereo just to name a few items. I'm sure your "disclaimer" keeps you from being responsible, but karma will catch up with you and I personally will always make sure to let ppl know what to expect if they make the mistake of leaving their vehicles in your "care"
