About Us Report

Lloyd and Mary Mitchell founded Taylor Rental-Muskegon in 1968. The store was one of the earliest franchises in the Midwest granted by Taylor Rental Corporation. The Mitchells successfully operated the business for over ten years at 1250 Getty Street, Muskegon. Reaching retirement age, Mr. Mitchell and his wife decided to sell the business in 1978.

Had a humidifier plastic hose split. A water extractor was ready for me after my call. Solid instructions on use and lifting. Will go back to rent a sander in the spring to redo my deck.

Avoid! Trying to deal with this company was a nightmare. From getting a quote to pick up of the rental was tedious. The china did not match; plates of varying size tone and border was not a good look. I was told pick up would be 9 am on my first quote, on my second quote (because I couldn't amend my quote easily) I tried to make sure the pick up time was 9 am. No one told me anything different about pick up. I called at 1130am on the day of pick up to see what the heck was going on and no one really had any idea. Apparently a window of 9 am to 1 pm is acceptable, additionally when I called to get

Wow, their tents must be made of gold, very pricey. Quoted 10x as much as a local competitor with a slightly smaller size, and triple a comparable size from another. Nice staff though.

We rented a bouncy house for my son's birthday last year and the staff was great. They loaded and unloaded it and were super friendly. The price was great and the whole experience was easier than I had expected. We are looking forward to renting again this year.

I had a great experience working with this team. From the first initial proposal to the end of the event, Redi Rental was always willing to make changes as needed, work with our budget, and find us exactly what we were looking for. The set up team was made sure we were 100% happy with the final product and even helped us come up with additional items that would enhance the event tent. The quality of their products and service was excellent.
