Look no further, you have found the perfect transport option! We used RSTQ on our wedding day with multiple stops around the DMV. Our driver, Philip, was a true professional--he arrived early for pick up and helped us load all our gear, including two fold up kayaks (which I'm sure no one was expecting)! The booking process was a breeze. As someone who hates making phone calls, I really appreciated that we could communicate easily by email. RSTQ responded within minutes to our questions. We hired RSTQ for our daughter's 16th birthday. I'll start with the positIves - the driver was on time (early) and was very good in being nice and professional. The van was clean and well-appointed. Reserving was easy as well. Thus the 3 stars. Now for the not-so-positives - we were expecting between 10-12 girls so reserved the Mercedes Sprinter limo. We got the 20+ person limo bus instead. This was a problem because it was too big! It felt like half the party was missing (an uncomfortable feeling) having 8 girls in a 20 person bus. And, the bus wouldn't fit down our long

The best transportation company in the area. I searched days for a reliable company and finally found them! They were professional and pleasant the entire time. Everything about our experience with RSTQ was first class all the way. The driver was punctual, even arriving extra early to make sure he was there before we had to leave, which we were extremely appreciative of. He was extremely courteous, and made sure we knew how to operate the Bluetooth and all of the other features before we left. The limo itself was spotless inside and out. We were very impressed with everything. We would highly recommend this business for all transportation needs, and will absolutely be using again.

A wonderful experience! I booked a 32 person party bus for my birthday and reserved it less than a month ahead. The price was incredibly reasonable. They cover a huge territory in the DC area and came a little over 1.5 hours to pick us up. The bus was clean and nice and comfortable. Marcus was our bus driver and he was very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely use their services again.

I used them for a family reunion two years ago. The driver picked us up at our hotel in VA and took us to the National Museum of African-American History. While we toured, he took my husband to pick up our lunch from Chick-fil-A and then the driver picked us up and drove us to several tourist sites in DC (Washington Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, and the White House). We used RSTQ fOr a brew tour this past Saturday. Everything went fantastic. Marni was very helpful throughout our communications.the party bus was spacious, clean, and over all beautiful. The driver was helpful in explaining how to use the Bluetooth so my friends and I could play my music from my phone. I'm late on leaving this review . I have had a great experience every time with RSTQ. I have been using them for a couple years on multiple occasions and I have recommended them to family and friends and gotten good feedback. Most recently we took a party bus out with a bunch of friends to the casino for NYE. It was a smooth ride we played our music and celebrated most of the night on the bus. The driver Kevin stayed parked in back of the mgm in the bus parking area and it was very easy to locate him after the madness of the night. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a party bus.

I would definitely recommend this company! After contacting many bus rental companies who harassed me because I was waiting to find an affordable company I thought I was going to have to settle.

If I could give RSTQ 10 stars I would and it looks like all of their customers agree! The 5 star reviews are very accurate – RSTQ is by far the best transportation service in the DMV. While most of the reviews below reference happy celebrations, it is important to note the service provided during a very tragic time in my life. After a friend of mine passed abruptly, a large group of us needed transportation for the funeral which was at least two hours away. The owner of the company facilitated the transaction and provided everything I needed, when I needed it. He was very compassionate and understanding

This company was able to give us what we wanted on the day we needed. But it wasn't the full experience I expected. There was delay bus not working. Then music was not working we had to use boom box and just wasn't best experience but they did work to fix the issues and give us more hours for the issues. So I'll give them 4 out of 5.

This company is one the most professional party bus companies I have dealt with. After dealing with several other companies and not having luck I tried RSTQ. I looked passed them because I thought the high ratings equaled high prices but I was wrong. Their prices are on par or better than most companies. I dealt with Nadia and my driver was Noel. Booking process was easy and they were responsive with all my questions. At the last minute our event was cancelled but RSTQ accommodated my group with an alternate date. Our reservation for 10 women, 6 hours, was one of the most fun and convenient ways to experience DC at night. The driver was courteous, respectful, and helpful. Really unhappy with their customer service. I was looking for wedding transportation and found RSTQ through Yelp so reached out to them to discuss pricing etc. I was happy with their pricing and communication so I made and confirmed an appointment with them so that i could come see the desired limousine in person (which is generally a good idea for an important event because there's a lot of sketchy companies out there).
The appointment was for 11:30AM (a time they suggested and offered), i drove over an hour to get there, showed up, and was told the car was not available for me to see

The staff were so kind and knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better party bus and service throughout the night of the event!!
