Bravo. I urgently needed a courier. I went on line and the first one I chatted with charged me $215.00 to deliver a package one hour away. I happened to come upon 90 Minute Courier, called and chatted with Nancy. in a nutshell: I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Nancy responded to me concerns and within an hour a courier was at my office to pick up my package. Said package was delivered prior 12 noon as I requested. 90 Minute courier's prices are EXCELLENT and they are responsive, on time and professional. GREAT SERVICE- EXCELLENT PRICES. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

The real name of the company should be 4-hour delayed courier! They lie through their teeth to get you to pay for their services and then don’t deliver until much later than what was promised—prime example of bait and switch. Do not use this highly dishonest and unprofessional company. The VP who responded to my review is clearly unaware that I was next to my title agent who clearly stated the time that the item was needed by but as it seems to be the norm here, they rather respond to negative reviews than actually trying to get better and deliver on time. Typical underachieving company...

The reason I give 1 star is there is no possibility to give no star, like the courier that didn’t arrive to pick up the package.
I spoke with a lady that quoted my delivery for 30$. I didn’t have all the information to conclude the reservation so I gathered it and called again.
I had very long conversation with Leonardo, giving him all the information he requested (as a meter of fact two calls), we schedule the pickup for the next day at 08:30, I got new quote of 45$, and I didn’t argue.
As you can understand from the beginning nobody came to pickup the package.

So, we were in a time crunch. we needed package picked up from one a store in 33172 and delivered in 33166. picked this company at random. service was very good and delivered quite quickly. very satisfied.
Price was a little hefty. my initial quote of 32$ was revised up to $37. that's the only down side. otherwise, im satisfied. thanks for delivering.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. they have no idea what customer service is. they are super rude nor welcoming or nice...also they take forever. 90 minutes is an understatement. they are SUPER QUICK to charge but will not help the customer. I would recommend Uber for anything like this... has worked out for me 10/10 versus these people have worked 0/10.... i ordered a pickup for my business, gave the guy simple instructions on the items and sizing of items and he said it would be okay. had to pay the cancel fee and then order an uber that did it in literally 10 minutes and everything was received perfectly

These guys are great and the pricing seems to be in line with all other courier companies. The staff I dealt with was very responsive and helpful, and they answered the phone instantly. I was having a letter go from Downtown Miami to Miami Beach and the entire process was very simple. After calling someone came to pick up the letter within 20 minutes.

I spoke with ABEAR yes like A-bear well besides horrible attitude as well as telling me he would call me when courier got close so I could save time by going downstairs from my 24th floor so thAt my package could get going he never did that!!! So all lies then the courier arrived I gave him my letter and he told me it would be with my atty in 30 min .... As expected they did not deliver for over 1.5 when I called ABEAR to ask what the hold up was he said owe have other people ahead of YOU so not worth using I won't again I prefer being told the truth bowing when something is arriving this

This is the worst courier service I have ever Used! 90 minutes? More like 3 hours. I had a package delivered to my office 3 hours later even though the place where they were picking up was just 30 minutes away. When I called to complain they were filled with excuses. DO NOT USE THEM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! expensive and RUDE!
