We have an older, by pc terms, desktop pc that had begun running very slowly. It was like hit a key and leave for five minutes for it to load etc. I contacted this company, they worked on my laptop and I was very pleased with the results, they told me what they would do and gave me a price. I delivered it to them Monday and it was ready Tuesday. The person working on it asked me questions, made suggestions, and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I was referred to Avera360IT for laptop repair and highly recommend their service. It's hard to know who to trust when you turn over your computer with data that could be vulnerable. I found them to be trustworthy, professional, and reasonably priced. The turnaround time was extremely quick and I was back in business. Excellent service and I will use them again without hesitation if the need arises.

My MacBook Pro stopped working on April 2020 & it was a challenge getting it serviced do to Covid. In July I finally took it into a qualified Apple computer repair store, but because my computer is considered “vintage” they were quoting me $460 for total repair. The repair needed was the flex cable. I’m sorry, I love my computer, but it is kind of old (2012 model) and at what they were quoting, I might as well get a new computer. My business partner recommended Avera. I took my computer and they were able to fix the issue without a problem and my total investment was $210. They are very professional
