We contacted Jay Shapiro to transfer from a MacBookPro to a PC. My husband uses Outlook extensively for his business, and the Mac was unable to handle his huge number of folders and subfolders. It was a huge undertaking but Jay was confident and knowledgeable. There were some glitches and at times we got into "panic", but Jay's calm manner and his "Don't worry - I will take care of you" approach got us through. I would recommend him in a hearbeat!

My laptop had spam and malware infecting it. Contacted Jay Shapiro Computers and he diagnosed problems and made my HP better than when new. That’s because Word now works flawlessly with Google Chrome without annoyance of defaulting to Microsoft Edge, Explorer and Bing.

In the middle of our current pandemic Jay observed all safeguards and at the same time did a great job on getting us on path with a new computer after it was determined that the old one couldn’t be fixed. He managed to transfer pertinent files and remained remotely accessible as needed. I would highly recommend using Jay.

I’m not particularly computer savvy, but it’s important for me for business.
Had problems . Called Jay . He was out of town , but quickly got an associate to come by the very next day.
Had some real difficult issues, but he had amazing patience and cheerful all through the process.
My computer is up and running well.
Knowledge and patience is the key .
My worries are over now that I have a reliable computer guru to call when I run into trouble.
Plus these are nice people !
