Started with a 1 year lease. Put deposit in. Was tenant there for almost 3 years. Never caused issues, got taken over by this company. All went to hell. Lawn is never mowed, don’t see where the added rent costs go too. Snooty and tell other tenants information and situation. Aka being evicted. Won’t allow you to have number to guy you give money too. Keep deposit using rules even though your not under lease. Anyway to keep your deposit and get the money back you put into it
